24X Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee that every effort is made to keep your website accessible to the internet all of the time. Except for scheduled maintenance downtimes, if your website is not online 100% of the time, we will refund 3% of your monthly hosting fees for each hour of downtime, up to 100% of the month's fees. That's about a day per hour.
30+3 Day Total Refund
If the services don't make the mark, 100% of your hosting fees will be refunded when you cancel within 33 days of setup. To prove our value, after 33 days the prorated unused portion of your balance is returned.
Referral Bonus
Refer a friend, colleague, associate, or even yourself for another hosting service, and we'll apply the first month's fee to your primary account after their 33rd day of service is fulfilled.
